A suction-mounted red light panel that clips to any shower wall in five seconds — no tools, no plumbing, no new routine required.
SaunaBox has launched a red light therapy lamp built specifically for the shower, folding a wellness tool that normally lives in a dedicated panel or standalone device into ten minutes people are already spending under water. The lamp mounts to glass or tile with a tool-free suction cup, runs on a rechargeable battery, and is rated for direct water contact — a category first for red light devices, which have historically stayed dry-room only.
Most wellness tools fail for the same reason: they ask for time that doesn't already exist in the day. SaunaBox's approach sidesteps that by attaching to a habit that's already locked in. There's no new appointment, no separate ritual to remember, no light box to set up and put away. The device runs while the person showers, then it's done.
The lamp uses 16 LEDs across a 660nm to 850nm range, the band most commonly studied for skin- and cellular-level effects, manufactured in an FDA-registered facility. SaunaBox says users may notice changes in skin texture, scalp comfort, and overall sense of relaxation with regular use, though it's positioned as a wellness accessory rather than a treatment device.
